Sansol, a Sinsa Station favorite (신사역 맛집) — good ingredients from the mountains, finished over fire. We serve fresh produce from the Gangwon highlands alongside aged pork, and bring out its natural flavor with custom griddles built to hold heat and careful grilling at your table.

Built around aged pork, Sansol serves a range of cuts — pork belly and pork neck through chuck flap and Maekjeok ribs. Each cut is prepared for the texture and flavor that are its own, so a single table shows how far pork goes beyond one note.

Sides from the mountains of Gangwon.
Grilled deodeok root glazed with omija sauce, a country-style doenjang stew from Gangwon soybean paste, buckwheat noodles reinterpreted in-house, and highballs made with Inje omija and Chuncheon plum. Right down to the sides that complete the meat, everything is prepared the Sansol way.

Five minutes from Sinsa, no smoke on your clothes.
A 5-minute walk from Sinsa Station (Line 3, Shinbundang Line), under the lanterns of a Jamwon-dong side street. Downdraft cast-iron griddles keep the smoke off your clothes, and our staff grill each cut to its right doneness. Valet parking and menus in Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese are ready.
